Website template redesign

We have a PHP/MVC OpenCart small shop with professional template set up and running [login to view URL] Our client wants to redesign this template to look like this one [login to view URL] So the basic task is to change this white/blue fresh feeling design and change it into ellegant white/black design that will fit visually for watch store eshop. Eshop has around 5-6 template sites that need to be changed in design. Some detail notes: 1) all the major parts of template can stay after redesign (if they fit, if not they can be removed), for example the main slider should stay (banners will be changed), cart etc, but they need to be changed in color 2) logo is being developed by client, so nothing has to be done with that 3) it is not necessary to change template width (reduce the middle part as it is in black/white templ.) 4) some html blocks/graphics need to be moved 5) black hexagon pictures in the middle up in the background from black/white templ. need to be present in final template Thanks in advance.
