Wordpress Theme Needs Updating

I have created a them that is very easy to use and has many features. It was built from scratch, but the freelancer that has helped me develop it has taken a job at a new company and can no longer do updates. I've built a theme for my clients only, and each month I'm adding new features. The features I need to add now are: 1) I need to ad a new layout. Inside the Theme I can choose 4 different layouts. This would be the 5th layout. Pretty simple and clean. SEE VIDEO for the layout. 2) I have built the pictures on the home page a little big, so I need to resize the article pictures a little smaller 3) I have a layout called wide slider. The slider doesn't work that well and want to convert it into a new slider that has better effects. 4) I have a option inside my theme called "Highligted pages" this is where I can assign any page to be highlighted on my home page. I need to switch the order of the Highlighted pages. Currently they are featured after the blog posts. I would like the highlighed pages to be featured before the blog posts.
