We are a securities and trading firm,(brokerage) and require the building of a trading platform that will conduct arbitrage trades by linking with 2 markets, and capturing mismatched prices between the two, and completing the trade.
The applicant must be well versed in financial engineering, and prior experience will be preferred. If a coder has developed such an application in the past, it may be a possibility that we could get it customized by him, instead of having him build a new one from scratch.
The application will be run on Win XP platform, and can be built using any language the coder prefers. However, in case of a balanced choice, Visual C++ will be preferred.
The trading solution must be stable, and universally migratable to any exchange in the world. It must have the ability to offer trading options in all tradeable items, eg, stocks, bonds, commodities, gold, precious metals, foreign exchange, etc.
The source code must be well commented in order to facilitate easy housekeeping changes.
