C# Multi Layer Zoom Class

I need a class in c# that would be fast to take many objects on a panel and be able to zoom in and out keeping the aspect ratio the same and also be able to edit the object while in zoom and maintaining the aspect ratio.? The panel would have picturebox controls, and several user controls that would need to be resized.? I need the zoom? to go pretty deep so that i could see to the pixel like in a icon? editor program.
