Website shopping cart

I want the site to allow a customer or prospect to view pricing for printing items. I want to use links to access items like business cards, letterhead, etc… as opposed to using a dropdown. The customer would see a list of different items (business cards, letterhead, rubber stamps, envelopes, checks, ect…) listed. When they click on an item, the system would dynamically build the display page to show the items within that category. Unfortunately, there are many different levels of pricing. On the first level, several printing items may be either flat printed or raised printed. Then they can be 1, 2 or 4 color. Some clients get special pricing that may be higher or lower than the “standard?? pricing. This would mean we would need to use a cookie or something similar to identify a returning customer so the screen would display the “special?? pricing specific to that customer. Regardless if they are a new or returning customer, we need to have a field that allows them to type in a notation that would be included with that order, i.e., if they order a business card, they need the ability to let me know the name and title, and any other pertinent info about that order. I want prospective customers to be able to add things to the shopping cart before having to add any personal information. Only at the end would they fill out a form that would include their personal information. As an added feature, I would like to display information that “ups the sale??. Since the quantities would be 250, 500, 1000, 2500, 5000 and 10000, I want to show the savings they would receive if they ordered the higher quantity. In other words, say they select 1000 letterhead. The screen or a popup could say, if you order 2500, you’ll save X dollars and that’s an additional X percentage savings. Also, I would like to have the option of enrolling them into a “reward points?? program. Some clients would be enrolled, and some would not. The idea is to encourage buyer frequency. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
