Creating 2 very simple plugins for Classipress (category icon, and ads upgrade) - start ASAP

I require 2 very simple things to be added into the Classipress Wordpress themes (to be developed as a plugin). 1. Adding image icon to ad category The existing version of Classipress Wordpress theme does not allow us to create a category image icon when we create a new "category". I want an extra field to be added to the "add new category" and "update category" page, such that it will allow the admin to upload an image (which will be used as a category icon of that category). There is a similar plugin for wordpress but that one requires the use the standard Wordpress category taxonomy. Classipress has its own category taxonomy that it uses to distinguish the ad-category from the regular wordpress posts/categories. 2. Currently the advertisement page only allows user to upgrade their ads as "featured ads", in which case their ads will be displayed in the homepage gallery. I want to add more upgrade options for the ads: TopAds (in this case the ad should be displayed on top of all the other regular ads), Highlight ads (Highlight the ads with a light HTML background), and Urgent ads (display urgent tag icon in the ad). This should be a very easy task for an experienced wordpress and php programmer and will just take them a couple of hours to implement it.
