2 Landing Pages - Design and CSS/HTML

Hello, I need 2 landing pages designed for a new PPC campaign. One will be a review style landing page and the other a blog lander. If neither of these terms makes sense to you then please don't bid. I need someone who is familiar with creating high converting landing pages for PPC campaigns. You will be required to both design the pages and then convert them to CSS/XHTML. You should submit the designs first and once I approve them then you can start on the actual HTML coding. No tables should be used and the templates should be easily customizable. That is, background colour easily changes, font color easily changed etc. Please send me either some samples of your work in an attachment, some links to landing pages you have created or a link to a portfolio of your work.
