Build me a Wordpress website that has a directory with the option of multi-vendor sales

I require a Wordpress website for a company called Norgan that aims to connect local farmers with consumers. Therefore, the website will function as a directory of farms as the user may search for a certain farm product. Furthermore, I need the directory listings to also have the option of selling their produce on the same website. Therefore, this website functions as both a directory and as a multi-vendor marketplace. Norgan also aims to provide an education resource for web users with information on natural farming. Blogging will also take place on this site. The website's primary objective is to provide a list of products from farms within a specific state in Australia. These products are divided into six primary categories beef, pork, chicken, eggs, dairy and "other". Therefore, the user can click on one of the six product categories and view all the listed farms with these products available. The user can refine the search at the listings page with filter options such as geography or “organic farming”. The other features of this website are simple. One other feature is to provide a webpage called “Knowledge Base” which displays education resources on natural farming and the products Norgan sells. Here, the user is able to gain a better understanding of what constitutes high-quality and nutritious food. It is simply a webpage that links to other pages dealing with specific subject matters. The other significant feature of this website is a blog page which will be routinely publishing blogs on the theme of natural farming. At present, the existing Norgan website is completely insufficient and should be ignored. This website requires a complete redo. The most important element of this website is the directory since the directory has the option for the farm to engage in ecommerce on the Norgan website. This means that on the Norgan website, some farms may just list their products (and not sell them on Norgan) while other farms may list their products and offer them for sale. Therefore, I need an option for listings to sell their products on Norgan or not. I want this website to look very similar to Etsy (especially the homepage). Attached are some basic designs for the Norgan homepage, knowledge base webpage, as well as a site map (annotated versions also included). At the homepage, there should be a top menu with all the key features of Norgan easily accessible (similar to Etsy). As you scroll down the homepage, the key features of Norgan are expanded. Below the top menu is a summary of the Norgan business, then there is an expanded display of Norgan animal products linking to the directory, then there are randomised sample listings, then there is a summary of the knowledge base and then finally there is a preview of a the latest blog posts. Please note that the attached designs are very preliminary and I encourage you as the designer to exercise your creativity to make it look more engaging and professional. To make it easier for you, I have suggested that the website closely model the appearance of Etsy (homepage screenshots attached). Otherwise, you as the designer may use your judgement to make this website look as professional as possible. I will be listing the animal products myself; therefore, I cannot provide you a full list of my directory. However, you may add dummy listings to assist with the programming of this website. I have basic proficiency with Wordpress so I may add specific pictures, add text to this website or refine category listings (similar to a Listify theme environment). The main reason for hiring a web developer is to create the Wordpress architecture that allows for a directory with the option of selling.
