Chrome Extension or some software

I need someone who can write a chrome extension or some software: Please examine this tool and its functionality: [login to view URL] Open it up and enter "personal injury lawyer" on the first line then fill the rest with "submit an article", "guest post", "write for us." We want our tool to behave in this exact same way but we want it to search for combinations of the keyword and the term entered. It would be great if you could just enter a keyword and it would automatically combine that keyword with all of these phrases but only combines the keyword and one phrase per tab.
