Create an Iphone App for Local Building Codes

work in construction in Colorado and have to deal a lot with local and national building codes. These codes are specified on a county or city level. The project is to create an app that creates a user friendly means of reading and sharing different elements of the different codes . It is a very simple “List” type app. App will include but not be limited to the following Page layout and design will be very simple. I will provide a splash screen. Front page will include a search bar and 6 buttons arranged as a grid on the front page. Buttons should look aesthetically pleasing - coder will be responsible for the look of these One feature of the app is to be able to share chunks/ or selections of the information via FB Messenger or Email. This means the app needs to be able to create emails and populate them with pieces of text from the app. It also needs to be able to attach pdf documents to the emails and allow pdfs to be shared and viewed in the app. I also want a feature where the user can identify which county they are in by entering the name of a town or city. There is a Google Maps API that allows this. Facebook Messenger should be integrated so users can share items from the app via Messenger and also send me messages to the Facebook app page.
