Create software for my sales website

Dear Sirs, I have recently acquired a domain and am now looking for someone to be able to create a basic sales page. This would enable an outside user to be able to post an advert for a product new or used which they would like to sell. Ideally the user will be able to; 1. Insert an image of what they would like to sell 2. Write a description of what it is 3. Separate box to add a cost 4. Option to add a location 5. designated to a category (e.g. game, furniture) Once the advert is posted I would like it to be on a live feed for people who look on the site to see. I would need a search tool/bar at the top of the page so someone could find and search an item by a key word and drop down category.
