We need a solution for a left hand side menu. We need a feature when mouse over the background becomes transparent, so its possible to see the banner image behind the menu section, BUT the menu area should at same time have a slightly blurry effect. See this : [login to view URL] Also we need a loading line (see above image again / light blue line in bottom of banner). When finished loading new banner image should show (also behind menu sections). More project will come to the right candidate.
