Develop Captcha Games for kids website

This project is initially to create a working and secure set of games for younger internet users, 5-13 years of age, that are both fun to play, unique experiences, and work as a captcha upon completion. I would expect 6 different games in the initial project, each with at least 12 different game play combination. As the quantity is low, there should be some randomised functionality built into the gameplay. Games should be relatively easy to complete, but varying in length of gameplay from 10 seconds to over 2 minutes. The site that this will be used on encourages the gameplay to be able to submit content without signing in, users will be engaged/enjoying the gameplay rather than deterred by time taken in to complete the captcha as with adults in signup forms and high bounce rates. For the games, I was thinking using the basic gameplay of some 1980's classics like galaga, pipe mania, tetris etc, but I am open to creative suggestions on this. After the initial games, we will likely have requests for specific games to be added and a rate can be decided after finalisation of the initial project. Games should load in any browser, and be compatible with all modern browsers and mobile devices, a combination of javascript, css and a JS library flavour of your preference. No flash, i frames etc. I am happy to split the project between multiple freelancers to collaborate together from each side the gameplay and the security or the captcha verification. I would prefer the game development and graphic artist work done by the same freelancer (or team). After intial project release code to be published under GPLv3 and shared publicly on github for open source review and ongoing improvements.
