Fix Shipping in Virtuemart.

The virtuemart shipping was working fine, then I added 2 countries and these 2 would not load. Now none load. They give the error "We are sorry, no shipment method matches the characteristics of your order." There's seems to be a bug or I am missing something simple in VM So, this issues needs to be fixed. I have the site on a live temp server. Once this issue is fixed it will need to be fixed on the live server/site Only apply if you can work on this job immediately as soon as the job is awarded. We have many sites and there will be on going work.
