Good Day everyone, i have a client/company that would like to digitalize their leave, overtime, sunday and Travelling application process. Currently, if an employee would like to apply for a day off they would manually fill out a form which then has to be carried to their departmental supervior/manager who has to approve it. The supervisor/manager would then carry it to the HR personnel who would manually input the information in the current system and also manually deduct the day from the total remaining leave. There are different types for paper applications currently which range from Leave application, Overtime, Working on Sundays, Public Hoildays etc a copy of each form would be provided once we decide to go with the project.
Essentially what we would like to happen is to digitalize the process for the end user preferrably via a browser which can be accessed both internally and externally using a secure portal and the HR department which would have an application installed on there workstation which would have the necessary features that an HR department would require. I will post some additional information concerning the app features but for now we are trying to get an average cost of what this type of project would cost.
