General description: Real estate website for properties for sale, with multilingual support (left to right, right to left, Chinese, special characters).
Requirements:
Responsive
easy management system for uploading ads.
Search ads by search filters, show ads/search results on map
SEO friendly
html5 mixed with WP (with yoast)
design
show dynamic currency (auto convert between currencies with current daily conversion rate)
blog should be embedded in the site as a page
Will not be accepted:
fixed wordpress temlate that can't be adjusted to fit site's exact requirements
poor backoffice UI
Required fields and fields behavior for search*
(*site is only for properties for sale. so usual WP template with "properties for rent" will be useless).

=Please confirm me what about the layout design.
=On home page will show the filters to search the property please explain the functions after search property?
=Will add Yoast and blog, blog will be managed from post.
=For Multilingual we will use WPML but you have to add content for all languages separately it won't be translated automatically, if you want to use any other plugin please let me know.
=Will deliver responsive, html 5 theme.
