My Property

I recently bought a Realtor Press theme and i need Customization to be done on it. I want to add extra functionality to the script so that it can have the capability to list properties on auction(users must be able to bid for listed properties and property owners must be able to set a reserve price and there must be a mechanism that would allow property owners to directly contact bidders ) and I want to add an extra pages for Agents and property developers to list their propoerties on the site and this should intergrate with the payment modules. I would also like the site to have my own custom search menu. I also want the main picture of the site to be changed. My site is [login to view URL]
