Quick Magento Community store needed from a certified developer -- 2

We need to develop an ecommerce website using Magento Community that will sell around 6,000 food cupboard products. We would use the Magento Community with all its functions, and agree a basic theme with a nice design included in this project. We have our own graphic team that will provide all the images needed. Essential customizations to be included in this project: 1. Being able to create/update/delete in bulk all the products master data managed in the store by a csv file or an excel spreadsheet 2. Being able to create/update/delete in bulk all the stock associated to these products by a csv file or an excel spreadsheet 3. Manage a folder to upload/delete in bulk all the images associated to these products. The images can have .jpeg or .png extensions and they will have the same name of the SKU. The system has to recognize them automatically and associate them to the right product 4. Design/agree together basic notification emails (customer sign up, confirmation of order.. ) 5. Mobile responsiveness Bidder: You must be a certified Magento developer with several related projects already created and offered as examples. Time frame: We need to go live in not more than two weeks after we close the deal Payment: 50% on completion/live date, 50% after 30 days
