sdk quickbooks developer VS 2019 C#.NET -- 2

looking a developer with skills on VS 2019 C#.NET to build custom application using quickbooks sdk to sync customers, invoices, charges from php administration software with quickbooks 20. the idea its to make these scenarios works correctly: 1. when customer its registered on my php software then should be created on quickbooks 2. when invoice its created on php software will be created on quickbooks 3. when payment transaction its registered on php software will be create don quickbooks This work was started by another developer and he probably finish 90% of the job but due ilness he was not able to continue. So i am looking someone whoe take his source code and finish or just build app solution from scratch. PENDING TASK TO BE DONE 1. transactions on php software not recorded properly on QB. Need to be ajusted some parameters for fix it 2. i need funciton to edit the user which login on qb sync app because right now always its used the admin user but i need possibility to select another user. 3. Check why invoices and customers not syncing properly 4. Add some log for better understanding of issues 5.
