Simple problem with PHP and API

Hello. I am working on a project and I need some help with one issue. My supplier gave me an API for his system. I have a problem in implementing one of the functions "createOrder". It works when i try it in SoapUI but i cannot write working PHP code. Other functions in API works fine, I probably dont have enough knowledge to write this one properly. Your job is to write a working piece of code that will create order in PHP.
