Stand Alone PHP Application for managing Joomla websites

We are in need of a stand alone PHP application to allow us to manage our in house Joomla CMS websites and updates in one dashboard application. Features: **Secure Login **Ability to add websites to the application. **Ability to update Joomla core updates from within the dashboard for all sites. **Ability to update Joomla extensions from within the dashboard. **Assign websites to categories. **Should work with the core Joomla update features. **Show if updates failed. **Generate a secure encrypted and unique connection plugin for each Joomla website so the standalone application can authenticate the unique connection to trigger updates. **Dashboard should use the free AdminLTE template from [login to view URL] **Main dashboard after logging in should have basic statistics.
