We are a vehicle repairer and offer a collection and delivery service. i need an online calculator that can give the customer a price on collection and delivery. i would like the customer to enter there postcode and click a button to get there price. i would like a map displayed with the suggested route. a friend is currently making a site for us, please take a look ([login to view URL]). If you choose to use google for the maps, we are on google maps already VGS Volkswagen Group Specialists. please see attacked, i have made a quick mock up of all the elements i think i need and a very rough layout. i would like the price to be calculated by the miles on the suggested route. first 3 miles £5 then £1.50 per mile there after + 20% (VAT)
