Write a Wordpress Plugin for as PPV system

We have Live streams (football matches) that need to be protected under PPV. The site will be a dedicated wordpress site for the club. People should register an account (free), and then be able to buy access to games (excepted to be on individual pages - which should obviously be locked). Access is either through PPV for that match, or if an account is in a group (ie Season Ticket Group) or have a discount code (up to 100%). Additionally another group would need to be created to allow those in that group to be able to buy PPV for reduced rate (50%). Users account will be user name = email address & their own password Users should be able to chose/reset their own password and update email address (and therefore user name) Individual games will be accessed by multiple groups (ie Those in season ticket group & those who have bought a PPV ticket) I can explain more if needed..
