Writing Project Manager Needed ==. Start ASAP

We are looking for project managers to oversee some select writing projects for us. Your job will be to oversee writing projects from start to finish. Your main duties will be to check the progress of the team members which includes writers, proofreaders, and project management assistants to make sure that the projects are being completed on schedule and will be finished by the requested deadline. You must also check to make sure that the quality of the project is consistent with the requested guidelines and that the team members have not submitted documents with errors. If they have made errors, you must instruct them to make the necessary changes. The rate is $5 per batch of 10 articles of 400-700 words as requested by the client per the project guidelines. The rate with be proportionately adjusted based on the number of articles in the batch provided that the length of the articles is between 400-700 words. However if project contains batches of articles that are longer or shorter than the 400-700 words per article, the rate for the project will be negotiated upon assignment of the project. The majority of projects (roughly 80%-90%) contain articles that fall in the range of 400-700 words. So to clearly explain the rates with some examples: If the project guidelines say that the client is requesting 10 articles of 500 words each you will be paid $5. If the project guidelines say that the client is requesting 20 articles of 400 words each you will be paid $10. If the project guidelines say that the client is requesting 10 articles of 300 words, we will negotiate the rate. If the project guidelines say that the client is requesting 20 articles of 700 words each you will be paid $10. This should not be a difficult task as we use a web based project management system which will allow you to view the progress of each of the projects that have been assigned to you and will allow you to easily interact with your team members. For a batch of 10 articles on average you will have 4 team members to manage. You shouldn't have to intervene too much in the process unless things are not getting done on time or not being done correctly. We own all copyrights to all work and training materials and they are not to be reused in any way for any reason (including resell, reuse, re-write, give away, or as samples to employers). Payment will be delivered weekly via Freelancer (Paypal is available for repeat project managers) after each project is completed and approved by the client. If the project is not approved by the client, you must oversee revisions of the project until the project is approved before payment will be made. This first project will be for 6 projects of batches of 10 articles of 400-700 words. Only bids of $30 will be considered. Please do not bid if you are not satisfied with the rates given above.
