Hi everyone, this is interesting offer for creative individuals. I have a house with 2 floors and a loft I want to modify: First and second floor have same dimensions and very similar layouts. These two floors I would like to rearrange to have 4 small flats - apartments with bathroom and toilets. From Loft I would like to create one apartment with toilet and kitchen, maybe fitt small bedroom as in Loft is very large and unused Hallway. I will provided plans (in .pdf) pictures, and videos from building. From freelancer I expect creative, modern solutions how to make 4 apartments per floor (if possible). This flats will be focused for renting to younger population (medical students) as medical faculty is just around the corner. Freelancer MUST HAVE showcase to present previous similar projects.
