want to buy land and build a village on it. I want it to be run with solar and wind energy systems. I want to build a temple for spiritual retreats. I want a man made lake which will also be used for irrigation of the gardens. I want it to have a apple tree farm. I want it to have hone bee farm. I want it to have stables for horses. I want it to have dorm rooms for volunteers who come to work on village. I want a pool, tennis court and basketball court for recreation. I want it to have eating kitchen hall serving vegetarian meals grown from the gardens. I want a convention hall to have public events. all built on about 40 + acres of land
