Hello, we are a Venture-Backed startup looking for someone to join our team full-time (40 hours per week). 100% inbound role, calling on USA candidates that have applied for a job with us. Given the role's responsibilities, please be a native/fluent English speaker. Top candidates will include a sample of a previous call (or any audio recording will do) Tools you will use and we will provide access to (can also train you on these): Salesforce, Discord, Gmail. You will use your own phone, or free Google Voice to make calls (you set it up). The inbound recruiter will work directly with our placement team (setting up qualified meetings for them) and will be eligible for a $50 bonus when one of their recruits is successfully hired. This role is 40 hours per week and we are happy to pay $8/hour +bonuses for top candidates. Ready to start right away, although can wait a few days (not a week) if you need to wrap up a project. Please do not ask to do business outside of Freelancer. Thank you!
