Hello, Based on the project description it is required to rework the existing WPF application into a UWP application. UWP applications are powerful and yet resource limited and have many restrictions because they need to work on different devices. Without analyzing the exact WPF application and its features I can't estimate the amount of work. It is not a simple conversion just because UWP application have very large amount of UI controls missing, different or at least without the same functionality. Also if you are using the file system UWP applications have restrictions in reading/writing. The architecture is different.
