Office 365 auto email sender

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows. I Need a script for 1 click email sending from the desktop via office 365. At my work I make a lot of phone calls to people that do not answer. We use office 365 to send a text message via an email server requesting they call us back. #1 I have to open a new email, copy the phone number, type the email suffix @[login to view URL] #2 Type the sms text into the subject line which remains the same every time. ‘You missed a call from xxxx at xxx please return our call on 0123 466 788’ I would like the software to; Have a box where I type the phone number. Have an option to click ‘missed call’ The software then automatically opens a new email, adds the suffix to the phone number in the ‘To’ field’ Add my pre defined missed call text to the subject box Send for me automatically.
