research context: software industry in Jordan [n2]

This is apart of a thesis. The thesis is about "Assessing the effectiveness of Dynamic SCRUM in Knowledge Management: Case study". Since, the research will be conducting in Jordan and its Software companies. Thus, the research must introduce his research context, specifically issues would affect his research results. I collected many things and organized them to form the main issues in the chapter. But they are coped and pasted, also it needs further documentation, elaboration, and rephrase. All in all, I need a chapter which fits the research project requirements, i.e, content specifically and academic writing instructions. Briefly, in the research project, the researcher must have and document that, he knows the software industry in Jordan, Software industry specifically companies which produce software definitely. Others related actives to IT aren't including. Also, he must know about their activates and projects. After that, he needs to describe software companies, capital, size in term of number of employees, project done. … as well as he needs to describe their structure and organization. Further, he needs to describe the software product management it these [or some] companies. Sine, the research project is about software production management processes, after that , he needs to explain the knowledge management in software product management. All in all, let me summaries the research project scope again; the research project aims to explore the way [approach, process, ..] in practicing knowledge management during software production management in Jordanian software companies. And this chapter must inform the readers regarding the issues they must know to understand the topic, like broadly culture, economic, social, … regarding Jordan and Jordanian software industry, and about software production management in these companies and finally regarding knowledge management followed in software production management process.

1- This is the "research context chapter of a thesis", therefore, you must follow strictly the academic writing style and fulfill the requirements.

2- The references style is APA.

3- You need to rephrase the whole text, since it was collected from many places, and mostly copied and pasted.

4- You need to enter the references through Ms word options NOT by hand.
