Develop a bot that prints the current time in China whenever someone sends a message to the WeChat Official Account. I am completely new to WeChat so I need your help to walk me through and work with me together to setup the entire project which includes everything from registration of the WeChat Official Account and sandbox test account, getting a trial server on Aliyun, deploying the WeChat bot backend code, etc. This is the start of a bigger project so please share your relevant experience when bidding.
