We need a advanced IVR system that will retrive responces from a caller and send the information back to our database maybe using an API. Than once the transaction has been processed by the database the responce is than transmitted back to the caller. For an example; The database reconizes the callers telephone number and askes if you are calling about account number ending int **42. System Askes What city would you like to park today Press 1 - For New York 2 - For Miami, FL User makes selection System askes user: Enter parking space number and so on

I have done similar kind of project with astrisk , mysql and API. I can make the IVR script which can get the user Identification and match with database. Get the user input and post in API response. Also IVR script can Play the random IVR response through API. Please let me know if you have any query.
