We have Autocad, Acad-lt design for 8 or so pieces which makes up a complete product. 1. Need: 3D solidworks version of each piece (8), and (1) 3D solid works version of the 8 pieces assembled together, all in .stp format 2. Needed: interactive pdf file or files of the each piece individually (8), and of the assembled parts (1). 3. Needed 2D ACAD dimensioned and checked files of each item (8) in .dwg 2010 or earlier, and .dxf 2007 or earlier. Please keep in mind that the items are currently dimensioned and design to fit together properly, but we might discover that some additional rework of the design is necessary. Please keep that in mind as you provide your quote. Attached you'll find the simplest and the most complex of the 8 pieces. Some pieces require machining, others stamping, yet some plastic molding, and others rubber molding. Knowledge in designing items for these types of processes is necessary. Candidate must have top English communication skills.

Hi, I am a mechanical engineer with extensive design experience. I have 9 international publications and 5 patents to my name. In past I have designed variable stability aircraft (changes its geometry while flying- having more than 800 custom designed parts), glider based payload delivery system/mechanism, desktop coffee roasting machine, gun recoil simulation mechanism, etc to name a few. I also have inhouse prototyping and manufacturing facility including 3D printing i.e. SLA and SLS in 3 different polymers. I also have vacuum casting facility both for a range of polymers and aluminum. Hi there, I'm a mechanical engineer with over 15 years experience in designing, modeling, prototyping and effective manufacturing of different products, ranging from consumer goods to alternative energy systems. I could take care of your file translation by making new models for each ones and assambled together. Upon finishing the assembly, I will provide you 3D model for the assembly and its components in different CAD format (iges, stl, step, etc), 3D pdf so you'll be able to open/view with the regular Acrobat Reader, and execution drawings (dxf, dwg, pdf). During the modeling process you should be sure that I'll ask if ther is something wrong or doesn't fit - anyway, when I work assemblies I run a interference analysis. How I work: based on your drawing/sketches I make the model(s) in a rough finish, and send it(them) to you for inspection or corrections, apply the corrections and repeat. In this interactive way, I'm sure we both end up happy.

Hi, I'm new here. but, I have almost 10 years of experience in 3D modelling and product design in automotive industry and experienced in design & develop products from scratch. I'm a mechanical engineer with great mechanical aptitude and have some experience in mechanical design. I'm fluent in Siemens NX, CATIA and Solidworks, and familiar with dealing with insanely detailed 2D drawings. I can create any shapes you want, just give me technical drawing, sample pictures or sketch of it. I just start my freelance career recently, so I don't have much portfolio and feedback to show you, all of my old work have NDAs. Work time indicated in my quote (7 days) is just for the first delivery. I'll provide any further modifications up to 4 times within 15 days after the first delivery.
