QRx Digital Freelance - 20hrs per week (Monday - Friday) Must be based in the Philippines Job Summary: The Communications Officer will oversee and facilitate communicating with Chinese manufacturers as well as other business stakeholders that the company has to deal with that are based in China. Job Responsibilities: -Help establish strong strong relationship with our suppliers and other key stakeholders -Provide oversight on the day-to-day/month-to- performance of our manufacturing partners by escalating any issues or concerns. -Assist with business meetings with our partner entities, prepare and review business documentation -Provide translated business review summary of all meetings and transactions to ensure that the entire team is aligned -Assist Product Development team in ensuring all orders are fulfilled by the manufacturers on time -Establish an effective and efficient sustainable procurement and communication process between the company and it’s business partners in China -Provide comprehensive analysis on the latest supplier performance to identify key trends and other actionable items Job Qualifications -Must be fluent in FILIPINO, ENGLISH, and MANDARIN -Excellent communication skills (oral and written) to effectively communicate among our internal teams and external stakeholders -Strong research, problem-solving, relationship management and critical thinking skills -Solid understanding about business operations To apply for this role, please reply with: 1.
