Create a Unity Multiplayer template

-I would like to have a very simple multiplayer unity game environment template that i can continue to edit (it can be on a simple plane) that generates 4 different fpv players with characters (can be extremly simple free template character) ideally with photon
-players should spawn a different places.
-Each of the player should have an inventory
-on the planes there should be objects that can be picked up in the players inventory (e.g. a hammer an axe a fire-extinguisher an oxygen-bottle)
-every player can pick up any object, but if he picks it up it is not available for the other players anymore
-the players should have individual health bars
-health bar should decrease with separate parameter that i could adapt. Eg. Player one has 15min time o play, player2 10 minutes player3 12minute player4 14minutes) if player1 picks up oxygenbottle he gets another 5minutes playtime. if player2 picks up oxygenbottle he gets another 3min playtime
- Freelancer must be able to communicate in English
