Animate logo into 5 second video

Using high resolution PNG files with transparent background that we provide, create a 5 second long video with the following parameters: FILE LENGTH: 5 seconds (150 frames) At 4.5 seconds our editor commences a 15 frame dissolve to the recorded show, so titles and graphics should visually resolve before then, but continue for the full 5 seconds to accommodate the dissolve. In any case, the exact number of frames (150) is needed for the file to process. Any video beyond this will not be seen, any less will result in a dip to partial or full dip to black. FILE PARAMETERS: FRAME RATE: 30 frames per second FIELD DOMINANCE: Lower (even) FRAME SIZE: 720x480 PIXEL ASPECT: NTSC-CCIR 601 (non-square) CODEC: DV/DVCPRO - NTSC We need to complete this project within 1 week. PNG files described above will be sent to freelancer awarded the project. If this project is successful for us and the freelancer, we have an ongoing need for this type of work that is increasing.
