Convert AVI video to english text - there is very little text

Convert video to english text I have an AVI video in German that needs to be converted to english in the same quality as the German version. Very little text. If you know what you are doing and have the right software this should be very very easy. Unfortunately I don't know what I'm doing and don't have the software.
