Hi, I am very interested in applying to be a part of your company. I have been a customer service representative for 8 years which primarily handled voice, email, and live chat. In which I am fit for the job. My roles in being a customer representative were taking inbound calls for Wireless Service product inquiries and contract renewals, billing inquiry, payment and order processing. Upselling for service add-ons and features. Outbound calls for Follow-up and Order Tracking. I also do follow-ups for customer complaints and return/exchange process.
