You: Highly trained in tools and techniques to assist entrepreneurs in managing and saving time through calendar management and streamlining of communications tools (ex: managing multiple email addresses; consolidating emails to automatically go into different folders in an Inbox). Me: A busy business owner who needs administrative support in creating a time efficient virtual structure and who needs support managing emails from different sources and different email addresses. This project should involve about approximately 6 to 10 hours of worktime I am estimating. Once systems are in place I may need an hour of your time periodically for any maintenance and changes to structures you've helped to implement.
