Animated Gif or Flash Needed Urgently

I need an appropriate animated gif or flash to fit 523px x 214px to go on this page: [login to view URL] The goal is to have Washington DC landmarks in the background and lot's of school children in front. The scenes would very slowly either fade from one to another or scroll across the page or both. In addition, you may or may not want to utilize the red background [login to view URL] of the red middle strip of the design on this page. I will provide some stock images for you to use as many or as few as you need. You may also add to them if you need to as well. Also, you may want to break the picture up into 2 or 3 smaller pictures so that the one big image doesn't take too long to download. It is up to you Note: I would prefer this be one or more animated gifs instead of flash. However, if there is no way to avoid the flash -- for quality or other purposes -- then we'll use that. I need the project to have milestones to ensure that I am happy with the product. Therefore, I would request a first draft 24 hours after project acceptance, a second draft 12 hours later and the final delivered shortly thereafter. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
