Add additional features to an existing product and bug fixes

We have an existing product developed using Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Express 2005. The product is on the market and in use but requires an unfinished feature to be completed and also a new feature added. We also need a additional bug fix carried out. Knowledge of basic property management and financial information around it would be useful. The bug fix is around financial reporting and new feature involves building the ability to publish information to property management websites from within the application.
