Magento ecommerce store with external API

I need a good Magento programmer for implementation of a standard online store. i already have a template i need someone to set it up for me correctly and add some basic features such as external API, Payment gateways etc..... i need this job to start in no less than 24 hrs. 1. Configure Magento (its already installed, can be deleted and reinstalled if needed) 2. Remove all Sample Data / Magento Banners 3. Remove “Powered by Magento and bug report footer” 4. Change Favicon 5. Fix/Create 404 Error Page 6. Setup Meta Data 7. Upload all needed logos 8. Setup Default Missing Product Image 9. Install and configure the template we choose 10. Setup Categories 11. Configure the homepage (this includes the modules and making sure that the categories are displayed. 12. Make sure Magento is running as fast as possible.
