Php+ Mysql -Clone a deal and coupon listing website

Hello designers: I would like to build a website like simplified [login to view URL], where I can publish deals and coupons by category from other shopping websites easily. Contents are affiliate programs links basically. Php+ Mysql will be used to build a websites database. 1) Site can automatically search from google product and amazon search to find out price and rating. 2) Deal can be set with expired date, if passed, noted: expired under that deal. 3) User can email to others, review comments and add comments on it. Click coupon code will open website directly and remember code into memory. 4) That is English based website and supporting Multilanguage (I will edit other language content later). Under English version, there are around 4-5 banners of deal category; under others language version (drop down menu), it has 4 more banners and live chat function. Extra banner will support flash tutorial videos (done). Hyper links and pictures will be the same but wording content and description can be edited in another language. 5) Support email subscription and unsubscription. 6) Responsible bidder only.
