Make a CMS of website and optimize the site

Hi there, This is a repeat of a recent job. I somehow managed to delete the job by mistake, My apologies to those who have already quoted. Please submit your names/prices again but please read the brief clearly so you understand the simplicity of it. PROJECT: To make a basic CMS of this webpage [login to view URL] so that the client can change the words on the website and to ensure that the keywords phrase of "Vet Port Macquarie" is setup in the keywords and headings etc. I will also need the site to be optimized. All the keywords/tags in the right places. A sitemap done, all the things you would normally set up for a professional website. I will be hosting the site using this company [login to view URL] Please remember that the main thing I am after here is to set up a very simple CMS so the client can update the words in their information. I do not need the site redesigned. The client is happy with the current layout. I am not after a SEO strategy as EPVet ranks #3 on [login to view URL] for 'Vet Port Macquarie' already. I am after someone who can simply copy the site, make it into a CMS and then tidy the site and make it SEO 'compliant', get rid of redirects, tidy all the links, change some wording to suit keywords. Please also note that I dont comunicate with individual bidders as I try to make everything clear in the brief.
