I am reposting this as my original developer let me down and never had the time to complete the project. I'm looking to create a site with similar services to the site [login to view URL] – not as many links or features however. (Membership site required where users can login with their twitter handle only - this was done by the previous developer) Requirements - C#/MVC/Entity Framework and SQL Server - OAuth login using users Twitter handle (this should already be done) - Bootstrap CSS - I do have a bootstrap theme and will supply the pages that I want to be built. I have attached the specification. I am using source code in TFS online and the main database should be there. I will need to add the successful bidders account to my TFS online. There will be no more than 2-3 screens, a Profile screen, Dashboard and some charting integration. I will supply the database and C# objects.

I am a developer from the states that has worked with these bootstrap themes several times in the past. Great way to start. I see that you are wanting to do MVC controller pages for each section. Would you be willing to do Angular single page approach? You then could pull the data needed from the controllers as an API.
