Book layout formating

I need my book's layout formatted, I have the text basically how I would want it in word. It needs to be transferred into a layout for printing. I do not want borders and would only like page numbers on certain pages of the writing.I also would like the images integrated into the book but with each image on its own page.I want a plain sophisticated layout which showcases my artwork and writing. I would like everything to be white. I don’t want any coloring. I can give you the ordering for the pictures and text. All I need is for the pictures and text to be ordered how I would like them printed in a layout that I can send to a printer Please quote your price for the 50+ pages book with around 40 images to be formatted with and also in your proposal tell me how fast can you completed after being awarded. i will select freelancer on basis of lesser price and faster turnaround.
