Create or recommend WordPress theme for landingpage

For a client, we are setting up a site that will be used as a landingpage for a marketing campaign. We have a mockup of the page today. Now we are looking for a WordPress expert who can help us either build or recommend an existing theme, and populate that with dummy content we can present to our customer. Qualified freelancers will be given access to our mockup and dummy content.
