Need a WP developer who can fix the plugin code.

Currently, This site send the SMTP emails to all group members. On the group, when one group member post the text in the textbox, it will send email to other group members and admin. It is mostly the BuddyPress Group Emails that are not formatted and some special characters turn to symbols that make no sense. Main focus->Need to configure it to send properly formatted Html BuddyPress emails, including registration activations and group update emails. The current email looks like bad. I want the emails sent out from BuddyPress Group Emails to be formatted properly I just want our logo at the top and text formatted properly. Nothing fancy. Thing is there's no default settings that add a logo in top of every single email. The goal of the developer is to redefine the mail formatting of group emails. (from posted text to logo +posted text format). thus it is to fix one issue.
