Stripe connect custom set up or new idea

Hello, Budget will depend of your idea. I made a french marketplace website with Wordpress. When I sell a product, I take a fee 6%, vendor 1 takes 70% and vendor 2 takes 24%. Wordpress with Woocommerce & Dokan marketplace plugin. What I need is : A payment gateway which can be able to do that without that my vendors have to create a tier account like stripe or paypal. They just have to give me their bank account numbers, adress and stuff but they stay on my website and don't ask anything they just receive their money in time. And the 100% money don't have to come first on my bank account. I only need to receive my fee. I am open to any idea that will work quickly ( 1-3 weeks max) and that I can run my self ( I'm ok to learn some simple code mechanics or manipulation.) At the moment the best solution I found is stripe connect with custom accounts.
