WordPress Transfer with Freshened Layout, Same Content and Similar Features

I require assistance completing a transfer of my existing hand-coded artists website to a modern, slightly bold, and minimalistic WordPress platform. Ensuring that the design doesn't eclipse the showcased artwork is important. The current site is about 11 pages. I expect the new site will also have about 11 pages. Requirements: • Maintain the same specific static pages, but introduce modern elements for display of the artwork. • Maintain an integrated page design throughout the site as much as possible. • Limit the number of fonts and colors in the design. • Include there are three static text introduction pages for each of the three artists. • Create three image gallery pages showing the artworks of each of the three artists, with an option to display larger versions of the images. • Include a static page about the region these artists come from.
